Tradition, Trust, Professionalism: Romanian Journal of Military Medicine
The last issue (Vol. CXIX • No. 1/2016 • April) of the Romanian Journal of Military Medicine (Editors-in-Chief: Florentina Ioniţă Radu, MD, PhD, MBA; Dan Mischianu, MD, PhD) – Edited by the Romanian Association of Military Physicians and Pharmacists (and published by Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy Publishing House) – brought to our attention that the “Dr. Carol Davila” Central Clinical Emergency Military Hospital celebrates this year 185 years of tradition, trust, and professionalism in the service of life, by proving a remarkable fulfillment of the military oath and of the Hippocrates’s oath, while doing the right thing, with modesty, competence, ethics, and team spirit.
We salute the Editorial Board and the Scientific Publishing Committee for what they have accomplished – including for the new format of the Romanian Journal of Military Medicine – doing what they love and believe in, proving the right understanding of their mission, and vision, by continuously hard and smart working, keeping the right attitude, with dedication, discipline, and determination.
